By dedicating a memory to your loved ones on our tree, you’re creating a lasting memory whilst supporting our Dementia Appeal, which aims to raise funds to enhance dementia services within Rotherham Hospital and the wider community.
Once you have made your dedications, you will receive your dedication pack in the post including a tribute hanger for you to personalise with your loved ones’ names. We will also add your personal dedication to our Tree of Memories in Rotherham Hospital.

Generous colleagues, volunteers and fundraisers have been supporting the Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity for more than 20 years.
We are officially registered with the Charity Commission (Registered Charity No 1054407) and aim to raise money to enhance the care patients, their families and carers receive in the community and at Rotherham Hospital.
The charity raises money to help fund the added extras which really make a difference to patients of all ages every year in Rotherham and which the NHS would ordinarily not be able to afford.
The generous donations we receive have enabled the charity to improve patient care, provide specialist training, facilities and state-of-the-art equipment.
No matter how big or small, we are grateful for all your donations.
